IQ-AI shares cease trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States

Further to the announcement of 1 September 2021, IQ-AI Limited (LSE: IQAI) has decided to cease trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”) in the United States as there has been no trading on this market since November 2022. Henceforth, IQ-AI will explore other more suitable markets and remain focused on its listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

For the avoidance of any doubt, removal from trading on the OTCQB market will have no impact on the IQ-AI ordinary shares admitted to listing on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market under the symbol “IQAI”.
